Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure Body Naturals. This policy explains how and when your order ships.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they're placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer — if there's a significant delay, we'll contact you by email.
Shipping rates and free shipping. We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $30 or more. For orders under $30, standard shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses where available.
Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery estimates. Delivery time frames are estimates provided by the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, transit time is in the carrier's hands; we aren't responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or events beyond our control.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@purebodynaturals.com and we'll help make it right.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us right away and we'll do what we can to help.
