3 Fall Face Mask Recipes For Glowing Skin

Want to add some fall flair to your face mask routine? Fall produce happens to be incredibly skin-friendly! In fact, most of what you’ll find at your local farmers’ market is packed with vitamins and minerals your skin craves this time of year. Ready to whip up something yummy for your face? Lets get cooking!

Pomegranate Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp Bentonite clay
  • 1-2 tbsp pomegranate juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

NOTE: Do not use a metal bowl or spoon with Bentonite clay. Mix all the ingredients together in a non-metal bowl then apply to a clean face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes until the clay mask is dry, then rinse with warm water. Follow with a serum or moisturizer. If you have very sensitive skin, consider swapping the clay for greek yogurt.

Pumpkin Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 2 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp Bentonite clay

Directions:

Mix the pumpkin, clay, and honey in a non-metal bowl. Starting with a clean face, use your fingers to gently press the pumpkin clay mask over your face (avoid the eye area). This mask will be thick. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes until it has become slightly hardened and feels tight. Then rinse your face with warm water and follow with a serum or moisturizer.

Sweet Potato Face Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sweet potato, mashed
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Bentonite clay
  • Pinch of turmeric

Directions:

Mix the ingredients together in a non-metal bowl, then apply to a clean face. This one can get a little gloppy, so it’s probably best to apply over a sink. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Follow with a serum or moisturizer.
