As a soak for feet: Wash prior to soaking. Pour one gallon of warm water into container large enough for both feet and add two heaping tablespoons of Dead Sea Bath Salts. Mix until dissolved. Relax and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes. Apply similarly to other areas of body needing relief.
As a scrub: start with wet skin in a shower or bath to soften the skin. Apply the natural bath salts in a circular motion, maintaining gentle pressure to exfoliate but not damage the skin. Rinse well with warm water. Your skin will be lightly scented, soft, and moisturized.
